HVI Important Reminders

Hello HVMB Families!

This is a big week for our band family!  Much of the purchasing and prep work for HVI has already begun –  it’s exciting!!!!

Remember that ALL families are required to have at least one person work one full shift at our show.  There are many families who have signed up more than one family member (THANK YOU!!!!  Many hands make for light work!!!!) and many who have not signed up at all.  Working a shift is required in your marching band contract.  Please sign up here and remember to check in with me when you arrive and leave on Saturday:

*Don’t forget we have a worker meeting at the LHS band room Monday (10/25) at 6:00pm.  This is when you will be shown your job for Saturday, be able to ask any questions and we will be getting some things ready for Friday.  Please come if it is possible so you know what to do when you arrive on Saturday.

This is for Friday night setup for the show.  If you have not yet completed your five “other hours”, this will count for that.  We need a lot of people Friday night from  8 pm – 11 pm (time change due to Lakeland hosting a football playoff game) so we can save ourselves some work Saturday morning.

There are also many items that we need donated to run our foods room.  You can also donate money if you don’t like to cook , or can’t pick up any of our other items:

Thank you for all coming together to help our show be a huge success.  We are excited to welcome 25 bands to our show – that’s a big show, and we could not pull it off without all of our families coming together!
