Hello Band Family!
Every year, there is a lot of excitement for our trip to Indy for Nationals. I’m happy to report that this year was no exception to that, and our chaperone sign up filled in very quickly. Priority sign up was given to parents who were cancelled off this trip in 2020, and the sign up for chaperones is currently full.
*We do still need two backup chaperones. Anything at all could leave a chaperone to have to pull out, even at the last minute. So, there are two backup chaperone slots on this signup. If you sign up for those, you will be contacted if you are needed. It could be last minute; we’ll get in touch if a slot opens up.
*We still need a lot of parents to join us. We have no more rooms in our room block, but there are lots of great Indy hotels.
*We still need roadies to move all of our equipment and props at our practice and competition locations. You’ll know our schedule each day and be able to meet us for unloading and loading. Please drive down and meet us in Indy for the excitement!
Roadie jobs are just as vital (if not more vital) to this trip as chaperones. Please, if you are driving down to Indy to watch our performance, help us by being a roadie. We can not do this incredible performance opportunity without a full block of roadies to help us move our equipment and props.
