PASIC Conference in Indy

Greetings HVMB Families,

If your student is a percussionist (Fall, winter, both, or aspiring future member), the PASIC Convention (Percussive Arts Society) is happening while we are in Indy and we’d like to offer a chance for students who want to go (COMPLETELY OPTIONAL) a chance to attend the conference during the day on Saturday, November 13th.  This works out perfect as the convention is right next door to Lucas Oil, and students will meet up with the rest of the band at 6 pm when we enter the stadium for Finals for Bands of America.  We’ve done it in the past and it was a great experience.

This can be done two ways.  Vaccination cards can be brought and presented at the admission booth or download an app called BINDLE and upload vaccination information there.   They will NOT let you in unless you have this proof or proof of your exemption.  Please read the link below for more information.
