Start of Regular Season – Quick Reminders and HVI Reminders
The regular season officially kicks off Wednesday, September 3rd with practices now held at Milford High School. Students should be dropped off at the band room and check the board for starting locations.
📅 This week’s schedule:
- Wednesday, Sept. 3: 5:30–9:00 PM
- Saturday, Sept. 6: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (bring a lunch or plan to walk to nearby food options—students may not leave in vehicles).

Weekly Updates & Reminders
Starting next week, families will receive weekly reminder emails every Monday with schedules, performance times, and upcoming event details. Students will also receive a printed copy—please ask them for it!
Attendance Matters
We have only 4 practices before our first competition (HVI). Every absence impacts preparation, so please make every effort to attend. Homework, work, or being tired are not valid reasons to miss practice—we need everyone present to make this season the best it can be!
Tour Shirts & Apparel 👕
Orders are due Friday, Sept. 5 at midnight—this is the only opportunity to order tour shirts and fall apparel. Don’t miss out!

HVI Reminders
- Chair & Working Meeting: Saturday, Sept. 6, 9 AM at Milford HS Cafeteria (about 45 minutes).
- Volunteering Needs:
- Parking Lot (help with traffic & parking)
- Band Guides (one adult per band—fun & easy role)
- Food Donations: Our hospitality room is known as one of the best in the circuit—help us keep up the tradition by donating items!
