It’s so exciting that our home show is coming up in a couple of weeks now – I hope everyone is excited for this BIG event!!! Our show is going to be huuuuuuge!!! We are expecting a very full day, with 25 bands visiting our facility.
This event takes a lot of volunteers and a lot of coordination. Our area chair people have already met and our work has begun. Here’s the other places that we need our band family to come together to pull this big event off.
We rely on foods donations to feed staff, judges and band directors without decreasing our profits from this event. Please help if you can. Donations must be delivered to the foods room 10/29 during setup or by 10:30 AM the morning of 10/30. Thank you!

Please come to our all worker meeting at 6:00 PM on October 25th in the LHS band room. Mr. Green will go over duties, and you will meet the Chairperson for your selected worker area of the show. Any questions you have will be answered that night so we are all ready to hit the ground running on show day!!!
I am looking for someone to take a shift closing up each of our area, overseeing the cleaning, and our final inspection from 8 pm – 11 pm the night of the show. This would count as your shift for the show. If you are interested in helping with this, please contact me and I will explain details on what is needed.
